WAPA

We have migrated from the Joomla Open Source CMS to a simpler more effective Open Source CMS called WordPress on this 1st day of May.

We have added a WAPA Wiki to the WAPA website and built it on MediaWiki. MediaWiki is a free software wiki package originally written for Wikipedia. We plan to use the wiki to share information with the WISP community. It can also be used as an effective tool to organize social events like a WISP Bring and Braai, where the WAPA members could get to know each other.

There is an experimental WAPA Planet running at the moment. What is the WAPA Planet? Planet is an awesome ‘river of news’ feed reader. It downloads news feeds published by web sites and aggregates their content together into a single combined feed, latest news first. Why do I say experimental? We need to find relevant feeds to add to the planet as well as from member blogs and websites.
