Spectrum sensing and the Spectrum Characterization Standards

Roger works in the Research + Innovation team at Internet Solutions, Africa’s largest enterprise Internet Service Provider. He is an electrical engineer with a background in industrial control and automation, with fifteen years experience in the business communications and strategy environment in the Middle East and then back in South Africa, focusing on the tech and telecoms sectors. He moved back into engineering-led work at Internet Solutions, where he has a primary focus on evaluating new network and computing technologies, analysing their potential impact on the local business environment, and carrying out Proof of Concept implementations and developing business models for commercial deployment.
